During my time at TechNexus Venture Collaborative, I’ve had the opportunity to lead the marketing department while working closely with the CEO, General Partner, and various teams across the company. In my role as Marketing Associate, I engineered a highly detailed alert system with over 500 personalized notifications, providing valuable weekly insights to leadership for actionable stakeholder engagement. This initiative empowered our leadership team to make timely, informed decisions, enhancing relationships with portfolio companies, partners, and prospective business contacts. My role also extended to cross-functional support for the Venture, Communications, Operations, and Event teams, ensuring cohesive messaging and streamlined operations across departments.

One of my most impactful contributions involved optimizing our website after identifying a significant 49.1% drop-off rate on the homepage through Google Analytics. By spearheading a content and UI/UX overhaul, I was able to increase traffic by 11% within just three months. I executed these improvements by enhancing the WordPress, HubSpot, and HTML/CSS environments, making the website more user-friendly and driving higher engagement. My efforts also extended to SEO optimization and web development, improving overall site performance and better aligning it with the needs of our audience, primarily corporate partners.

Additionally, I focused heavily on data-driven strategies to optimize our marketing campaigns and CRM systems. By analyzing campaign performance and refining our CRM data enrichment with tools like Clearbit, I helped improve lead generation and re-targeting strategies. As Marketing Coordinator, I also grew our digital following by 25%, curated newsletters with a 40.9% open rate, and led efforts to revamp our coworking space’s website. Throughout my time at TechNexus, I’ve embraced a holistic approach to marketing, combining creativity with analytical rigor to drive growth and strengthen our brand’s impact.
